I addition, you may change counsellors along the way as the students qualify/ move away or for personal reasons, but we still endeavour to provide you with a counsellor provided you still meet the criteria.

The fee is £15 on the Affordable Scheme and £35 on the Mid Priced Scheme, you will pay by cash or transfer either before or by the end of each session to your counsellor.

You will be charged for any last minute FTA’s (fail to attends) up to 6 hours before the session. This is because the room is already booked and paid for and cannot be cancelled, the counsellor will already have made arrangements to spend their time with you (e.g. paid for childcare) and the counsellor may already have paid for parking/petrol/train or bus fares. Not to mention the spot could’ve been used by another counsellor and client.

The relationship between client and counsellor is hugely important. We endeavour to place you with the best therapist for you, but if you struggle to relate, do reconnect and we can place you with another.
